We have a range of services to suit all women. Whether you are a busy mother, new to health and fitness, an experienced gym-goer or just don’t know where to start we can help you. If you’re unsure which package is best suited to your needs get in touch and we will happily guide you through the process.

We promote the 80/20 approach. We don’t have any rules associated with food and believe you should fuel your body with 80% whole foods and leave 20% for soul foods.

We will teach you how to incorporate health and fitness into your lifestyle in an enjoyable way! The best diet and training program is the one that fits into your lifestyle and you can stick to.

Our Story

Here at Prime we are passionate about coaching and educating women on how to achieve their goals and maintain it for life!

Hi I’m Ruby. After years of working in the fitness industry I have worked with many women who have done years of yo-yo dieting and initially believed the only way to achieve their goals is by suffering and following these restrictive, unsustainable diets that rule your life. We are here to show you this is not the case!

With Prime it is not about telling it is about teaching. Knowledge is power, we will educate you and give you the tools to maintain your results for life. Coaching is about working together to overcome obstacles, focusing on habits not restrictions and coming up with strategies customised around your lifestyle! Whether this is travelling for work, being a busy mum, working long hours, cooking for a family, food allergies, food preferences, etc.

At Prime we don’t only focus on transforming bodies but habits and mindsets. Together, we will customise a nutrition and training program that is suited to your lifestyle and goals. We will also help you gain confidence in the gym and navigate any uncertainties or struggles. We won’t only provide you with a program but the ongoing knowledge you need to take control of your health and fitness!

My journey with Ruby has been a real transformation. Not only have I reduced my weight and improved my strength, I am in better health and very optimistic about my future. MANGO AVO PRAWN SALAD 🥗 🍤 🥑

This was my dinner the other night and it was delicious, filling, high protein and low calorie!!

✅ 350 Cals- 33P 25C 10F

1. Cook 150g prawns with garlic, lemon and a tsp chilli paste or chilli jam

2. For salad combine:
- Cos Lettuce
- 100g Mango
- 30g Avocado
- 50 baby sweet capsicum
- 50g tomato

3. Season with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon!

✨ Make good choices! Always aim to get a decent serve of protein and prioritise good food quality.
✨ If you are choosing to track your meal try to plan ahead and look at the menu beforehand or leave an allocated amount of calories
✨ Ask for dressings, sauces and oils on the side as this is where a lot of calories hide
✨ Always overestimate slightly when tracking to allow for oils included in cooking (I like to add an extra 10g of oil)

Lastly, enjoy it! Don’t stress or sit there trying to track your food in. Be present, enjoy it and then carry on as normal 😊💪🏼
