We have a range of services to suit all women. Whether you are a busy mother, new to health and fitness, an experienced gym-goer or just don’t know where to start we can help you. If you’re unsure which package is best suited to your needs get in touch and we will happily guide you through the process.

We promote the 80/20 approach. We don’t have any rules associated with food and believe you should fuel your body with 80% whole foods and leave 20% for soul foods. 

Lifestyle

We will teach you how to incorporate health and fitness into your lifestyle in an enjoyable way! The best diet and training program is the one that fits into your lifestyle and you can stick to.

Our Story

Here at Prime we are passionate about coaching and educating women on how to achieve their goals and maintain it for life!

Hi I’m Ruby. After years of working in the fitness industry I have worked with many women who have done years of yo-yo dieting and initially believed the only way to achieve their goals is by suffering and following these restrictive, unsustainable diets that rule your life. We are here to show you this is not the case!

With Prime it is not about telling it is about teaching. Knowledge is power, we will educate you and give you the tools to maintain your results for life. Coaching is about working together to overcome obstacles, focusing on habits not restrictions and coming up with strategies customised around your lifestyle! Whether this is travelling for work, being a busy mum, working long hours, cooking for a family, food allergies, food preferences, etc.

Training & Nutrition

At Prime we don’t only focus on transforming bodies but habits and mindsets. Together, we will customise a nutrition and training program that is suited to your lifestyle and goals. We will also help you gain confidence in the gym and navigate any uncertainties or struggles. We won’t only provide you with a program but the ongoing knowledge you need to take control of your health and fitness!

My journey with Ruby has been a real transformation. Not only have I reduced my weight and improved my strength, I am in better health and very optimistic about my future. Protein is a very important macronutrient and we want to ensure we are consuming an adequate amount each day.

Preparing and planning ahead is crucial to ensure we hit our protein target so we can hold onto and increase muscle mass. The more lean mass we have the higher our metabolism is meaning you can consume more calories and stay lean 💪🏼🔥

Not sure how to hit your protein?
✅ try a supplement- protein powder is a great way to get it in (especially after a workout)
✅ chobani or yopro as a snack provides a great little hit
✅ make sure you have a bit in every meal so you don’t end up behind on your targets
✅ prep meat or protein sources in bulk so you have them ready to go to chuck into a salad or wrap
✅ plan your day and pack your lunch!! Even if you are working from home this will ensure you don’t fall off track.
